Born September 30, just one day after Telly Monster, Zoe is an adorable, furry, orange three-year old girl monster who sometimes gets so excited that she can't get her words out fast enough. She is Elmo's best friend on the street. Zoe loves to dance and dreams of being a ballerina!
Zoe can be seen in "Big Bird's Beach Party", the "Rock Around the Block" parade and at various times and locations throughout the park |
