20, 2008) – Calling all kids and kids-at-heart: get ready to sing and dance
with the 21st century folk heroes Dan Zanes and Friends! Families will be able
to join them live for the house party of the year when they perform at 12:30
p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on both Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21
at Sesame Place, the nation’s only theme park based entirely on Sesame Street. Grammy Award winner Dan Zanes and Friends creates a rollicking "Woodstock for Kids" including American
traditional songs, global dance tunes, and smart, inventive originals. It’s
one big music party, and everyone’s invited!
Dan
Zanes and Friends makes homemade family music and encourages interaction
between people everywhere through song. Their 2007 album Catch that Train! won the Grammy Award for Best Music Album for Children. ¡Nueva York! is their latest album project which celebrates Latino music and artists. The band is also frequently heard on XM Kids. They have also
appeared on Sesame Street and Playhouse Disney. Reservations are

Place, located near Philadelphia in Langhorne, PA, is considered the ideal first theme park experience for young children two
